Apartment Charger Grant

The apartment charger grant assists Property Managers and Owners’ management companies, housing bodies, local authorities, commercial and private landlords.  The grant is designed for bulk installation of chargers at a single location.  Please contact us for more information so we can assist you through this process. Shared Island Sports Club EV Charging Scheme

The Shared Island Sports Club EV Charging Scheme is funded by the government and provides grants to eligible sports clubs to offset the cost of installing publicly accessible EV charge points. This grant is subject to certain criteria which can be found here.

Accelerated Capital Allowance Grant

The Accelerated Capital Allowance (ACA) allows a sole trader, farmer or company that pays corporation or income tax on trading or professional income in Ireland to deduct the full cost of the equipment from their profits in the year of purchase. Information on this grant can be found here.

Home Charger Grant

The Electric Vehicle Home Charger Grant is a government funded support scheme to install an electric vehicle charge point on their property, home or rental property.  A grant up to the value of €300 is provided towards the cost of purchasing and installing a charger.  Information on this grant can be found here.

Electric Vehicle Grants

Various grants are available for both privately owned and commercial cars and vans for businesses.

The SEAI offers electric vehicle grants up to €3,500 towards the purchase of a new battery electric vehicle, where the value is between €14,000 and €60,000. The overall grant will depend on the cost of the electric vehicle.  All EVs over €18,000 will qualify for the full €3,500 grant.

There are grants available for commercially bought electric vehicles (N1 category vehicles) – normally small goods-carrying vans. These electric vehicles can avail of a €3,800 grant from the SEAI where the price of the vehicle is between €18,000 and €60,000.
